Shipping & Delivery


We’ve designed several packaging methods to keep your precious painting safe on its way to you:

Large Stretched Artwork: Cardboard Box

For larger artworks that are stretched or framed, we use durable, reinforced cardboard cartons. Each piece is carefully secured with ample protective cushioning to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — safe, flat, and ready to hang.

Small Stretched Artwork: Crate

For smaller stretched or framed pieces, as well as oversized or heavyweight artworks, we ship in custom-built wooden crates.

Each crate is engineered specifically for international art transport — carefully sealed and reinforced with protective materials to ensure the artwork remains stable and fully protected from departure to delivery.

Canvas Only: Tube

Your artwork will be shipped rolled inside a durable, dent-resistant tube. This approach offers extra protection for larger pieces while also reducing shipping costs. Upon arrival, simply take the canvas to a local framer, who can stretch it onto wooden stretcher bars or frame it according to your preference.

Delivery Timeline

We ship worldwide with FedEx and DHL, and most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Even better — shipping is completely free to all destinations.

  • Please note that while shipping is free, customs duties are not included.
  • Shipments to the United States and Dubai are duty-free. In other regions, import duties on artwork may range from 1%–5%, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • At this time, we are unable to ship directly to Mexico due to customs restrictions. Customers in Mexico may instead use a U.S. delivery address to receive their orders.


Creation Time

Every painting is custom hand-painted by our professional selected artists, typically requiring 1–2 weeks to complete.

Throughout the process, your artist will provide progress updates through photos and videos, you can request refinements — from color adjustments to shading details — until the piece fully meets your expectations. Your artwork will only be shipped once you have approved the final version.

Could Not Receive Confirmation Emails?

Sometimes our confirmation emails get misdirected by email filters and may not show up in your inbox or even your spam folder. If you don’t see a confirmation, don’t worry — just reach out to us using the contact details at the bottom of this page and we’ll be happy to help.

You can also double-check by searching your email for your order number, written as “HW + 5 digits.” This can often bring up the message if it was delivered.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on your location and the size of the artwork, we ship with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and TNT, and for extra-large pieces we may use specialist art delivery services to ensure safe arrival.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing extra — shipping is always included in the price, no matter where you live.

Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Yes! Every order is fully insured by Topico Art, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your artwork is protected from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives at your home. If anything unexpected happens along the way, we’ll take care of it — no hidden fees, no worries.

Will multiple artworks be delivered at the same time?

 In most cases, your pieces will be delivered in one shipment.

Can I send an artwork as a gift?

Yes! We’re happy to deliver your artwork to any address you provide at checkout. We’ll normally coordinate the delivery with the recipient, but if it’s intended as a gift or a surprise, simply let us know — we’re delighted to help make a special moment.
