Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free worldwide shipping on all artwork. The price you see is the price you pay.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT) Please be aware that shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or fees. These fees are included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
- Topico Art is not responsible for and cannot predict additional charges. Customs policies vary widely by country.
- If a shipment is refused by the customer due to these charges, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any costs incurred in returning the item to us.
Total Delivery Time
Your artwork is hand-painted on demand. The total time to receive your order is a combination of Creation Time + Shipping Time.
1. Creation & Approval Time (Approx. 1-2 weeks)
- After your payment is processed, a professional artist will begin hand-painting your artwork.
- Our Approval Process: During creation, we will email you photos and videos of your painting. You will be able to communicate directly with the artist to request changes (e.g., to colors or shades).
- We will only ship your artwork after you are 100% satisfied and have given your final approval.
2. Shipping Time (Approx. 5-7 business days)
- Once your approved artwork is packaged, it will ship via an express courier like FedEx, DHL, or TNT.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your final destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Packaging
We take exceptional care in packaging your art to ensure it arrives safely. Based on the artwork's size and material, we will use one of the following high-standard methods:

Rolled in a Tube: Ideal for oversized canvas works. This is an extremely safe method. The artwork can be easily stretched or framed by a local framer upon arrival.

Flat in a Reinforced Box: For small or medium-sized works, shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box.

Wooden Crate: For very large, valuable, or framed artworks. These custom-built crates are designed for safe international art transit.
Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship globally to any country serviced by our courier partners (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. Due to the size and value of our artworks, we require a physical street address for all deliveries.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured by us against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of an issue, please see our Return Policy for "Damages and Issues."
Will multiple artworks be delivered at the same time?
In most cases, yes. If you order multiple pieces, we will ship them together in one shipment once all pieces are complete and approved by you.
Can I ship to a different address or send a gift?
Yes. We will deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. If it is a gift or a surprise, please let us know in the order notes so we can help coordinate the delivery.
